Amando IV, Pure Raza Espanola (PRE) Stallion

ABOUT AMANDO...
Amando IV is a Pure Raza Espanola stallion (imported originally from Spain) by Belicoso III out of Amanda. He is a 12 year old grey stallion standing 16.1 hh. Exceptional nature, gentle, giving and a consumate showman. In six years his owner, Lee Burton has brought him forward through the dressage ranks and into FEI. Amando was the USDF All Breeds Award Amateur Champion, PRE in 2006. Lee has done a wonderful job with this stallion!

In 2007 Amando was plagued with foot abcesses (5 actually) - quite the interruption in his training, so he has not been seen showing very often this year... However, he finished the 2007 season strongly with the assistance of Jutta Heinsohn (shown right riding Grand Prix).

Hoping to integrate his showmanship talents into his performance (and have some well deserved fun), Lee and Amando will focus on Freestyles in 2008... Look for them at Region III shows!
